Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu full day sightseeing and preparation day for Trekking.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Arkhet or Sotikhola (it is possible to hire jeep or public bus transport to Soti Khola or Arkhet)

Day 3: Arkhet/Soti to Machhe Khola 869m; 5 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in bank of Budi Gandaki, breakfast, and trek)

Day 4: Jagat Machha Khola to Jagat 1340m; 6 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in bank of Budi Gandaki, breakfast, and trek)

Day 5: Jagat to Lopka 2240m [7000 feet] 6 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in green field, breakfast, and trek)

Day 6: lopka to Chumling 2386m [7850 feet] 4 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in Gumba, breakfast, and trek)

Day 7: Chumling to Chekamar 3031m [9750 feet] 5 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in Gumba, breakfast, and trek)

Day 8: Chekampar to Nile 3361m [11050 feet] 5 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in Gumba, breakfast, and trek)

Day 9: Nile to Mu gumba 3709m [12250 feet] 3 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in monastery, and meditation with Monk, breakfast, and trek)

Day 10: Mu gumba to Chekampar 3031m [9750 feet] 7 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in monasteries with monk and participated with them Puja, Meditation, breakfast, and trek)

Day 11: Chekampar to Gumba Lungdung 3200m [10750 feet] 6 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in monasteries with monk and participated with them Puja, Meditation, breakfast, and trek)

Day 12: Gumba lundung to Ripchet 2470m [8000 feet] 4 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in Gumba with monk and participated with them Puja, breakfast, and trek)

Day 13: Ripchet to Deng 1800m [6101 feet] 7 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in bank of Budi Gandaki, breakfast and trek)

Day 14:  Deng to Ghap 2160m [7085 feet] 7 hours trek(early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in bank of Budi Gandaki, breakfast and trek)

Day 15: Ghap to Lho 3180m [10,171 feet] 6 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in monasteries with monk and participated with them Puja, Meditation, breakfast, and trek)

Day 16: Lho To Samagaon 3520m [11,483 feet] 4 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in Gumba with monk and participated with them Puja, Meditation, breakfast, and trek)

Day 17: Acclimatization day in Sama (Here you may explore Pungen Gumba 5 hours Hiking) early morning, 6 am start Yoga class in monasteries with the monk and participated with them Puja, breakfast and heading Pungen Gumba for meditation.

Day 18: Samagaon to Samdo 3850m [12,467 feet] 4 hours trek (early morning, 6:30 am start Yoga class in front of mountain; breakfast and trek)

Day 19: Samdo to Dharmasala 4460m [14,633 feet] 4 hours trekking (limited available lodges)  (early morning, 6:30 am start Yoga class in front of mountain; breakfast and trek)

Day 20: Dharamsala to Bhimtang 3590m [11775 feet](Need to wake up early for Crossing Larkya 5160m pass and descend down until reach Bimtang) [12,139 feet]; 10 hours trek

Note: we are unable to do yoga because we have to wake up 4 am for pass Larkya la. Yoga teacher and guide will explain about way.

Day 21: Bimtang to Tilje 2300m [7,290 feet]; 6 hours trek (early morning, 6:30 am start Yoga class in front of mountain valley; breakfast and trek)

Day 22: Tilje to Chamche [4,665 feet]; 6 hours trek (early morning, 5:30 am start Yoga class in bank of Dhudh Khola, breakfast, and trek)

Day 23: Chamje to Beshishar 4 hours drive in private jeep until Beshishar and 6 hours drive to Kathmandu by Private Jeep/Public bus.

Note that: We loved to organized trekking; in your interest according to our Cultural and religious date, please let’s ask with us. We operate local Homestay and lodge trek and do only operate trek in co-operation with local guide and porter for this programs.

  • An experienced English speaking Yoga Teacher
  • An experienced English speaking Trekking Guide
  • Porters to carry luggage (2 trekkers: 1 porter)

  • Nepal entry visa fee
  • Entry fee, or donation at Monastery, cave.
  • Beverages (Hard or Soft drinks, Mineral Water Bottles, Filtered Water)
  • Personal travel and health insurance
  • Personal travel equipment and medical supplies
  • Personal expenses on the trek (phone calls, laundry, battery recharge fee, extra porters, bottled water or boiled water, hot shower etc.)
  • Any cost can arise due to circumstances outside of our control political disturbance, strike, guest sickness, natural disaster etc.
  • Extra accommodation in Kathmandu in case of early arrival, late departure or early return from the trekking trail than the fixed scheduled itinerary
  • Emergency evacuation and oxygen cost
  • Any other services and expenses that are not specifically mentioned in the program

 In the case of emergency during the Nepal trip, Helicopter will be arranged by Our Company Exploremanaslu but the charges must be paid by the clients themselves.
